POS

A POS your staff master in minutes.

SAORA POS keeps its own local database, so selling is instant and the internet is optional. A Windows touch POS holds the counter, Android handhelds work the floor, and the back office follows you on any phone. Everything a busy counter does all day is one or two taps away.

01

Sell at the speed of the queue.

A product wall built for speed

Categories, photos, favourites and live search across names, barcodes and PLU codes. Staff find anything in two taps.

Every kind of sale

Custom-price products, open items, weighed quantities, per-line notes, and held sales you can park and recall mid-rush.

Split payments and tips

Mix cash and card on one sale until the balance clears. Tips are captured at tender and reported separately from takings.

Discounts with an audit trail

Line and order discounts in percent or euro, manager-approved price overrides, and the original price kept on record.

Refunds done properly

Refund whole sales or single lines, void mistakes from the open session, or swap a mis-keyed tender. Stock and drawer figures correct themselves.

Local rules built in

Five VAT rate codes, 5-cent cash rounding, Deposit Return Scheme deposits and Challenge 25 age checks, all handled at the counter.

02

Three printers, each doing its own job.

The POS drives a receipt printer, a kitchen printer and a label printer independently, and routes every order to the right ones. Dine-in fires the kitchen docket. Collection prints the docket, the receipt and one sticker per item, with counters like 1 of 3 so nothing leaves the pass unlabelled.

  • Receipts with your logo on standard ESC/POS printers, 58 to 80mm
  • Chef-format kitchen dockets: big order numbers, giant table numbers, notes emphasised, no prices
  • Per-item stickers on Brother QL-class label printers, with order barcode and paid status (Plus and Pro)
  • Edited orders print only the added items, never the whole docket again
  • Shelf and price labels with printed barcodes, singly or in bulk for changed prices (Plus and Pro)
03

Cash discipline the accountant will love.

From float to close

Every register session runs from float to close with a full paper trail. The expected drawer figure is calculated by the same code on the POS and in the back office, so the two can never disagree.

  • Open the drawer with a counted float, or carry yesterday's forward
  • Pay in, pay out, safe drops and no-sale opens, all logged
  • Blind close: staff count the drawer without seeing the expected figure
  • X-report mid-shift, full Z-report at close, archived to the back office automatically

Access, decided by you

Staff access is just as tight. PINs are verified locally so a dead connection never locks anyone out, and what each person can see and do is decided by you, not by the software.

  • Staff unlock with a four-digit PIN that works fully offline
  • Per-role permissions for discounts, refunds, price overrides and the drawer, with manager PIN fallback
  • Per-person visibility controls for reports, past sales and the dashboard, on the Plus and Pro plans
  • A time clock on the lock screen, on Plus and Pro: only clocked-in staff can sell
04

Runs itself. Updates itself.

The POS is built to live on a shop counter, not on a developer’s desk. And it never falls behind.

Offline-first

Catalogue, prices, staff and customers live on the POS. Sales queue locally and sync silently every thirty seconds, with retries that can never duplicate a sale.

Always cutting edge

We ship improvements continuously, and your POS collects them over the air while it trades. New versions download, verify and wait; a person taps restart when the shop is quiet, and nothing ever installs mid-sale.

A second screen that sells

On Plus and Pro, plug in a second monitor and customers see their items and total live, with your own promo images and videos playing between sales.

Put it on your counter.

Create your account, load your products, and see the POS running your way before you commit to anything.
